Next, we identify capacity, potential obstacles, and engagement success strategies to address the issues uncovered in Discovery. During this phase, we collaborate with senior leaders to align on a strategic briefing, ensuring we have the right focus, resources, and timeline for achieving meaningful results.
3. Solution Development
Building on the Strategy phase, we co-create a comprehensive plan tailored to your organization’s goals and culture. This includes setting baselines, defining measurable outcomes, and mapping out various learning formats that are personal, situational, and transformational. 4. High-Engagement Execution
